Working with the Blueprint Essences®
-
What is a vibrational essence?
A vibrational essence is a liquid that is imbued with particular energetic properties that can help us to access our own healing powers, enhancing our ability to connect with our inner equilibrium.
Essences help us to uncover layers within us that we would like to heal, including at times some of our shadow. We are invited to connect with the essence of who we are, our inner strength, power and love in order to be empowered to heal ourselves.
Essences are made by imbuing the life force energy of a plant/ animal/ environment/ gem/ energy into pure water. This water, once the essence is made, is mixed 50:50 with organic brandy (organic apple brandy in our case), and this makes the mother tincture.
We use the Dr Bach dilution ratio of 1:400, so that 2 drops of mother tincture are used to prepare a 30ml stock bottle.

How can I take essences?
Essences come in dropper bottles, and can be taken internally, added to a bath, mixed up in creams or used in sprays where they can also be combined with essential oils. There are no contra-indications to them and they can be used with other healing modalities. They can be used from childbirth up to the end of life, and animals respond. well to them too.
The directions on the bottle recommend taking 8 drops 3 times a day as needed. 8 is the number of harmony and balance. You can also put a few drops in your water bottle and sip it through the day.

How do I choose which essences to take?
Each person finds their own way to choose the essence(s) they might enjoy working with the most.
Some people resonate with the name on the bottle, or the symbol, or the colour. Other people dowse - they run their hands over the bottles, or the images, and feel for where they are drawn to stop. Or knowing the feelings you would like to connect more with, can help too, as you can then read the descriptions of each essence to find what you sense seems to reflect your wishes.
